Start Monday with something simple. Shown is a solid navy top, off the shoulders so something a little different. With a top that's flowy like this, pair it with a pair of skinny jeans. A traditional blue wash works great. And comfortable-yet fashionable- sneakers are a great choice for Monday. She also has on a few simple bracelets, and a very simple, short necklace. Since this top sits higher on the chest, a choker or shorter necklace will work best so that it can be shown with the outfit. 

For hair and makeup- don't fuss, remember it's only Monday. Mascara at the most, maybe concealer if you have some baggy eyes or pimples popping up. You can leave your hair down, but a half up-do would look nice to show your shoulders and jewelry.
